Conveying Systems, Inc. (HCSI) is a complete design and manufacturing company
dedicated to delivering quality conveyor systems at an affordable price.
We are highly focused on designing and manufacturing systems that surpass
all expectations of workmanship while keeping our costs low enough to ensure
an attractive Return-On-Investment (ROI) for our customers. Although HCSI
specializes in the snack food and baking industries, our design and manufacturing
experience includes a vast array of industries including USDA, pharmaceuticals,
ceramics, plastics, stone and many others. We have mechanical and electrical
engineering expertise on staff so as to allow for a quick and innovative
resolution to any potential issue that may arise.
HCSI's design department primarily utilizes
the AutoCAD family of design software to generate 3D models and full-blown
3D drawings prior to the start of manufacturing. This allows our customers
to fully understand what they will receive before manufacturing begins.
HCSI has an advanced fabrication department specializing in processing
stainless, aluminum and mild steel. Sheering, forming, welding and painting
on up to 1/2" thick sheet steel is our core set of manufacturing competencies. |
